Solutions Facility Services is a locally owned facility maintenance company serving businesses throughout Maricopa County. Founded in 2022 by Evan Anderson, the company was built on a simple principle: deliver the level of service, accountability, and responsiveness that facility leaders expect from a long-term business partner. What began with Evan personally cleaning offices on weekends has grown into an organization that supports some of Arizona's premier venues and largest employers, including Fortune 100 companies. Today, Solutions Facility Services provides commercial janitorial services, floor care, and window cleaning throughout Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, Goodyear, Buckeye, Queen Creek, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Tolleson, Litchfield Park, El Mirage, Sun City, Sun City West, and surrounding communities.
 

Evan's background as a collegiate basketball player and electrical engineering graduate shaped the company's approach to operations and client service.
